Educational management consists of a set of organized processes that enable an institution or department of education to achieve their objectives and goals. Proper management is going through moments of diagnosis, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation that feed each other and lead to the attainment of the results defined by the management teams. Good management is the key to what makes each member of an institution makes sense and belonging within a project that belongs to everyone. In other words, it is essential to get all "on the same side remen" to achieve what you want, and constantly improve. Hence the importance of taking into account the four areas of educational management (directors, pedagogical and academic, administrative and financial community) to promote and develop in each achievement, goals and pre-planned and proposals made by members.
