Critical point of view concerning the implications of educational management in an institution

After proposing the different objectives and goals for the improvement plan for the establishment of Task 1 a possible scenario in which strategies for improving educational management could be implemented According to the concept of three decision levels in SCM, this concept would be adopted for the higher educational institutions (Harris, 1998). 1. Strategic Level: one of the most important decisions in the application of the plan of improvement of the chosen institution is the observation of the goals and the aims proposed in the first phase.in this case one of the objectives was the raise of the awareness about ownership and the training of the community . 2. Planning Level: Planning level decisions support strategic decisions. They tend to be medium range, medium significance, with moderate consequences. in this phase the decisions assumed were accepted by the community and the desire of improve can be watched when the meetings scheduled had a lot of participants, and the participations were asserted and the formation was well received. 2. Operating Level: The different activities for the improvement of the institution were well received, training sessions for different activities had the support of local government, and the various institutions supported this process, the formation of different groups to the improving the functioning of the institution brigades they were formed and these were created activities, these experiences were the subject of meetings with other communities to replicate this experience in other communities that suffer difficulties and problems as it had this institution. one of the greatest difficulties was not having a channel of communication, but with the visit of local institutions and with the visit of representatives of local government could be a more permanent communication.
